Product Description

Insulation Brick, Fire Brick, Interlining Brick:
Fire Brick is born with advantages of high temperature resistance, light volume, high strength, good volume stability, etc. We produces various types of Insulating Fire Brick (IFB) for use in applications from 1000 C degree to 1760 C degree. Each type is formulated to meet specific thermal and physical requirements and after firing is machined to precise tolerances. Made from high purity refractory clays and other ceramic raw materials, these IFB contain a carefully graded organic filler which is burned out during manufacture to give a uniform controlled pore structure.
As a leading manufacturer, we supply a range of specialty industrial insulations and refractories for petrochemical, electrical, aluminum, steel, ovens, glass, furnace, ceramics, fire protection and other industries.

High Heat Resistance: Fire bricks can tolerate extreme temperatures without breaking down. Insulation fire bricks are specifically designed to resist thermal shock and are efficient in insulating against heat.
Low Thermal Conductivity: Insulating fire bricks are highly effective in reducing heat transfer, making them ideal for applications where energy efficiency is important.
Lightweight: These bricks are generally lighter than dense fire bricks, contributing to easier handling and less structural load in certain applications.
Durability: Resistant to wear and tear, fire bricks maintain their strength and integrity even under continuous high-temperature conditions.

Production and Processing:
Fire bricks are typically produced using materials like alumina, silica, or magnesia, depending on the temperature range and the specific industrial application.
1. Raw Material Selection: The base material, such as refractory clay, silica, or alumina, is chosen depending on the desired properties like thermal resistance or chemical resistance.
2. Mixing and Molding: The raw materials are ground, mixed with binders, and then molded into the desired shape through pressing or extrusion.
3. Drying: After molding, the bricks are dried at a controlled temperature to remove moisture, preventing cracks during firing.
4. Firing: The dried bricks are fired in kilns at high temperatures (up to 1500°C) to achieve the required hardness and thermal properties.

Application:
Insulating fire bricks are used in various applications where heat resistance and insulation are critical. Common uses include:
Kilns: For ceramics, glass, and brick-making industries.
Furnaces: Steel mills and foundries use them to line the high-temperature areas.
Fireplaces and Ovens: In residential and commercial fireplaces, pizza ovens, and similar heat-exposed areas.
Petrochemical and Chemical Plants: For lining reactors and incinerators.
Power Plants: Used to line boilers and other heat-generating equipment.

Our Advantages

No Point of advantage Advantage can lead to:
1 Excellent thermal conductivity Make your ceramic in excellent quality
2 More Clean than other materials Easy to maintain your kiln production line.
3 Saving more energy Reduce your cost.
4 Competitive Price Save your cost

1. Energy Efficiency: Their low thermal conductivity minimizes heat loss, reducing energy consumption.
2. Cost-Effective: Though initially more expensive, they help lower long-term costs through energy savings and reduced furnace maintenance.
3. Versatility: Fire bricks can be cut and shaped to fit specific applications, making them flexible in terms of design.
4. Resistance to Chemical Reactions: They are resistant to chemicals and corrosion, extending their lifespan in harsh environments.
5. Thermal Shock Resistance: Insulating fire bricks handle rapid temperature changes without cracking, ensuring longer life and reliability.
